can you get to the menu system and see the signal strength?

Also, is the antenna connected?

Maybe you got a car wash and broke the wire.

Antenna is connected. No car wash since I have had it.

There is no signal strength.

But I find it hard to imagine that Sirius decided not to broadcast to Burlington NC.

When I travel to Wilm tomorrow I will be able to see if it is indeed by location.

1. double check the connection, my old reciever used to have the antenna slip out just enough to lose signal about once a week.
2. check the whole length of the wire for breaks or frays
3. call sirius

if you are sure that it is plugged in then the antenna is bad

if you didnt pay your bill, you would still hear the demo channels
