I used to have a sun conure. Don't buy that thing a mirror or else it won't shut the fuck up screaming at itself.

eheeh I probably have more than bottombaby - I have a zoo around here

4 cockatiels, a sun conure, 2 quaker parrots, 2 parakeets, hundreds of guppies, a betta, 2 hamsters (one syrian and one roborovski dwarf), an african dwarf frog, 2 roosters, 4 dogs, 3 cats, and kittens on the way!

I don't have so many critters anymore!

I passed the sun conure along to someone with more experience, one of the tiels found a TWW girlfriend and moved out, the budgie fell victim to one of our cats, and the hamsters finally expired from old age.

Now we're down to our Quaker, 2 love struck tiels, 2 cats, and a ferret. And Josh has asked me to stop taking in anything and everything that needs a home since we're soon to have a 2 legged terror on our hands. We're definitely not bringing in any more birds because it just stresses my Quaker out.

----

If anyone is thinking about getting a sun conure, just listen to this and imagine it going on for hours at the time every single day no matter how much attention you pay the bird. As an experienced bird owner, I had one (one that I hand-fed and raised myself) that I just could not mentally deal with anymore after about a year. After my experience, I'm not a big fan of them just being sold to anyone a pets.
