Practically invented pinch harmonics. Considered by many to be the greatest "under the radar" guitarist. Although he did have a pretty distinguished cult following including the likes of John Lennon, Merle Haggard, and even Eric Clapton, who claimed Buchanan was the greatest that ever lived. Apparently the Stones offered him the position to replace Brian Jones in '69 although he probably declined.

Anyways, if youve never heard him or OF him for that matter then I highly recommend you download "Sweet Dreams", "The Messiah Will Come Again", or even his rendition of "Hey Joe"...it will blow you away.
