Inside 440 or within 5 minutes of it
Not a townhouse/apartment, though a duplex is fine.
$1150 per month or less
Must allow pets (1 dog)
Prefer a fenced in yard, will consider without
Central air, dishwasher
Decent neighborhood
>=1000 sq feet

Try B&B Properties... I know they have a duplex/triplex avaliable on Greenleaf St. I lived there 3 years ago and my friends have been there since... they have a dog and the property has since put in a fenced in yard for that particular complex. Rent there for a 2 bedroom was $500 when I was there for about 1100 sq ft. Their office is off Oberlin Rd. Let me know if you are interested, I can shoot you their number.

Try looking in Trinity Square at the end of Edwards Mill, right past Wendy's. We lived there last year and it seems to fit what you're looking for.

with the exception of a dishwasher... there is a house for rent on dixie trail 22 1/2 starting in August with all the things on your list. Just go by the house and pick up a flyer

I have a 4br house available, but the 2 bedrooms downstairs have been used by 1 person in the past. If I were to rent the house to 3 people, then I could do it for $1200/month.
