most restaurants are moving toward smoke free anyway to pre-empt the laws that are coming that prohibit smoking in all restaurants unless there is a significant seperation of areas (full wall). I don't remember the detail but was talking with a neighbor who owns a restaurant.

i remember hearing years ago that they had to have a separate air handling system (hvac) for smoking & non..

sweet you can also used the advance filters to find places with health code violations and the notes that the inspector made for them

I think the no-smoking-in-restaurants thing in georgia is not statewide.. I thought the counties decided....and like in Fulton County, I thought it only applied to places where children were allowed inside....
