I've been without fuel-efficient transportation (especially transportation that other people would dare to ride in).

Two choices: 1: I pay one of you bastards to fix it for me. And in all reality, it's reached the point of no return. Plowing into an Altima in the rain tends to do that. Unless one of you feels really motivated...

Second choice: 2. I've been looking for a while for a suitable replacement, preferrably something I can pay cash for. Integras, Civics, Scoobys, etc. Preferrably something that gets 30+ mpg and something I don't have to work on much.

Hey, look, I know I've got my crew of minions (and I will most likely suffer for calling them that)...but I don't want to take advantage of them.

I figure I've been spending between 300 and 400 dollars a month on diesel fuel alone. If I cut that in half (entirely possible), then I can actually justify a couple hundred dollars a month in car payment. And I can justify maybe another hundred on top of that (and THEN the insurance).

It's been nice not having a car payment, but wait...I've been making a car payment. It just gets passed through the tailpipe. Insurance on the truck (and the Teg together for a while) is cheap. Damn cheap.

Ivan has a really nice suby wagon out behind his house that would suit you very well I think. I bet you could get a pretty good deal on it too.

I would prefer something relatively rain-tight, with an electrical system that isn't rendered useless by a love-tap in the Food Lion parking lot...

And nice paint would be good. NOT SPRAY BOMB.

No offense or anything, but I do not do Volkswagens. Unless they are diesels or turbo.
