Gimmick or work? I get so stiff playing baseball and these are supposedly supposed to help with blood circulation/muscle tightness. It's only $30 and I've heard athletes rave about them.

Anyone have one?

sounds like a gimmick to me...its like, titanium has benefits...and the neck is the circulatory center of your body in a sense...but it seems like you'd get better circulation if you just jogged in place for 20 seconds

This is like the magnetic golf bracelets that are suppose to help improve golfers' performance and promote healthy recovery from fatigue.

I got one for Christmas and all it did was leave a metallic stain on my wrist.

Both are crocks of shit.

This is the thing that El Duque wears and I heard him talking about it like it really helps his neck/shoulder muscles... that is the exact same muscles that are so stiff they feel like they are going to explode when I throw... I might go against TWW opinion and try it out myself.
