So tonight at 9 they eliminate and narrow it down to the 10 contestants that we the people get to vote on each week (though I never do, heh, I just like to watch).

If you haven't been watching up to this point, the bad dancer long haired Jew was back in NY for auditions (known as SEX...ewww anything but). There was cute asian chick that I was sad to see let go last night, and so was Mia Michaels (the contemporary choreographer), as she just couldn't do so well with a sprained ankle that she got during auditions. Final note, this kid auditioned in Atlanta with extreme case of scoliosis and he was just AMAZING!! I mean wow...the hip hop choreographer Shane was so impressed he offered him a movie role on the spot. I hope that really happens, I'd like to see him somewhere again.

my favorite dancer on the whole show was that big doofy black dude who looked like he was straight lying about his dancing abilities and busts out those swing moves.

"but... I was waiting for the dun dun dun part" haha

^on that note...tonight the couple (i believe it was 3? benji's sister and the guy with the mohawk) were AMAZING. the choreography was stunning. i've loved all of mia's work.

wade robeson's dance (couple 6) was awesome. i like shane's first one as well (1).

i'm afraid that ricky and his gal are gonna be in the bottom three though (couple 5)...which upsets me cause ricky was obviously a VERY talented contemporary dancer in the auditions.

welp, i spoke too soon...russian ballroom dancer and hip hop guy doing shane's 2nd choreography was terrible...they're definitely bottom 3 tom night. and it's gonna be the chic that brings them there...bleh.

see i disagree. pasha has shown that he can adapt to other dances well; and his solo was a great performance tonight.

jimmy has been able to perform very well throughout; and i think tonight was an unfortunate event over technique versus uniqueness as was addressed by the judges.

last week cedric was money in hip hop and his solo, where as this week he was only great in his solo. i think cedric should've gone. but as nigel said, if he makes it to the bottom three next week, he's as good as gone.

the guys are just too good this year to narrow out. the girls equally as good, but the competition is among the girls for the top 5. this is a much more interesting final 10 from here on out after this week.

Wow, good episode. It's amazing how much better this show is than American Idol. All of these people are genuinely talented.

I loved Hok's and Jamie's dance routine... so original and striking. Was that Pan's Labyrinth music they were dancing to? I missed the song title at the beginning.

Sucks that Jessie got ill...and while Pasha was great, watching him with the choreographer's partner was worth the price of admission

oh and i definitely think we're saying goodbye to cedric tonight, neil also in bottom three, and possibly danny though i don't want him there.

and we know jessie's leaving unless she performs tonight...the other girls are getting a freebie. but if she does and they don't vote her off, i really don't know who of shauna, anya, and lauren will go.

Jesus got the boot. I'm pretty disappointed in the judges this year when it comes to the guys. Cedric should have been let go last week, I have no doubt that Nigel is kicking himself right now.

Or maybe, Nigel's lashing of him got him the sympathy vote, who knows. Also didnt think Jessie should have been kicked off. Not only was her routine with Pasha amazing (yes I know this shouldn't play into it), the first girl didn't dance for 20 seconds of a 30 second dance and Anya was horrible. I am pretty dissappointed so far but at least Dominic and Pasha are still in it. Def my two favorite dancers to watch. (no homo)

the judges were overly strong and direct about Cedric. it wasn't even a terrible performance and they dogged on him like he was auditioning

the judges know what they're doing

they know how to be political and sway votes

they know how they'll be perceived

they knew cedric wasn't going home

Benji also coregraphed a sweet west coast swing routine. One of the best ones this season.

I think all the remaining guys are going to be tough to vote out. I think Jesus should have stayed too because he was good too. Also Jessi should have stayed but I think they let her go because of the health risk and don't want to chance it with bad publicity.
