how could he rotate for shotput with an abdominal tear? that seems like it would be ridiculously painful and at the very least hamper the distance.

either way, I give this a holy shit

i called him the night before and he basically saiid he was gonna have to bite down on a piece of rope when he threw

he hurt it on tuesday during a practice, he had to throw prelims on thursday and the finals were saturday, on tuesday he threw like 60 feet and was sitting in tenth for finals


he bit down on that rope and moved up, this dude is a man its not the first time hes sucked it up and went balls to the wall
