I'm in a class with Walker right now and he's a really great guy - he's also great at explaining difficult material. I've really enjoyed his class... but i'm taking both classes you mentioned next semester, so there ya go 6/11/2007 5:34:45 PM |

425 - The material isn't horribly difficult and is somewhat interesting.
And Sloan is awesome. 6/12/2007 5:32:32 PM |

Walker's a great guy. Dorky, but great. He tries hard for his students and is fair and reasonable. I really like him. 6/12/2007 8:31:05 PM |

Take BUS 425 with Sloan. Its a great course - lots of useful information.
There are 3 exams and the final (4 exams total) each exam is about 25-30 questions, all multiple choice.
There are also 1-2 quizzes. The quizzes are about 10 questions each (list 10 characteristics of 401k plans)
No homework, No textbook, Only coursepack
If you study - easy A. I got an A+ and I did a minimum amount of work. Just practice the problems he gives you to study and your golden. 6/12/2007 10:27:58 PM |

I tried to sign up for Bus 425 with Sloan for the upcoming Fall semester when registration first opened but it said I had to be classified as a senior to take the class. I didn't think this made any sense because I WOULD be classified as a senior when the class began...I was a junior when I attempted to register for it. This happen to anyone else? 6/13/2007 11:01:50 AM |
