Dear Wolfeee,

A sincere thank you for all you've done for the students here at NC State.

Your student-focused dedication has helped untold number of students be successful in the face of a seemingly uncaring administration - one whose main concern often times seems to be thoughtlessly perpetuating their own structures. You have always known who your customers are, and you have been a fierce advocate for students facing a myriad of rules and procedures. Often, you been the only source for impartial help.

I can only speak for myself, but your dedication and advice has been a major influence in my educational success. The students are losing a great advocate and friend, and the administration is losing a great asset. I can only express my appreciation and wish you all the best in future endeavors. Your caring attitude will benefit any organization, and that is something that can not be purchased, at any price.

the only reason i graduated is because she took the time to help me.

She even took documents to various locations on campus for me while i was in seattle.

If NCSU is losing her, they are losing one of the true people that cares about students.

Hey all- Wow it is good to see you all on here! Thought all of you old schoolers might have moved on too. Thank you for your kind words. You really touch my heart. I have truly enjoyed working with each of you and doing so has enriched my life tremendously. Thank YOU for all that you have given me.

I don't know where I am going yet, but I will let you know when I get there. Like my quote from James Taylor says..."the secret of life is enjoying the passage of time". I intend to enjoy this journey called life whatever it holds before me. I hope each of you will do the same in your own journey.

hope she comes back and reads the replies here

she was my freshman advisor, and the recipient of many many PMs afterwards. she's helped friends, family, and even me with all sorts of stuff, shes got quite the contact book she's always done what she can to help me out, and i promise you that its not always been very fun or easy to deal with me

"wolfeee" was my favorite person at ncsu, hands down.. and the more you go through life and realize how hard it is to find caring and helpful people like her, the more you appreciate the few you've come across.

wolfeee you rule, don't be a stranger! ps i'm sending a PM that i'm sure you'll be happy to hear!

This is really such a sad thing for NCSU. Andrea was the absolute best when I was changing majors! She was the only person who knew which way was up and where I should go next to push all the paperwork around.

Good luck, wolfeee!! Thank you for everything! You were the only adviser who was actually an adviser for me and, ironically, you were never "my" adviser!

Wolfeee definitely helped me out a ton. If it wasn't for her awesome attitude and willingness to help I think I would still be going in circles with classes.

She took the time out of her life and helped me figure out everything for my double major and encouraged me to proceed with it and now I graduated and it is definitely because of her!

Students are losing a great asset here, I only hope the person who comes after you took notes on how to do a helluva job
