its a strobe light for dance parties, its very easy, i'll pay $$$

they're on at least all of the major intersections in cary

we have one of these in all our trucks

(yes, they're nice.)

We had that light switch installed for you so you could turn the lights on and off, not so you could throw light-switch raves.
