The V6 models have 240hp, there's no reason to think they can't. I mean a BMW 330i is only 20hp up on'em.

my arguement would be how the fuck could the officer tell the year make, model and color of not only 1 but 2 cars goin 141 mph. it may not work for the bmw guy but i'd sure as hell be like "we saw 2 cars fly past us, how'd u know it was my accord/bmw? it's one of the best selling cars in the us !"

'06+ 328i=3.0L 230hp current
'06 330i=3.0L 255hp (discontinued)

3.0L block with 255hp will be used in upcoming 530i

I am thinking it had something to do with AFTER he caught up to them and they were going 0 miles an hour. Makes it kinda easy to read the badges on them then.

^^they can still arrest/ticket you. doesn't mean it'll hold up. i was arrested for running from the police when i was 17 and ticketed for numerous other offenses, but got off on exactly that technicality.
