i have a small problem with my car, there is a crack in the paint job that is leaking in air/water/etc...and its making the paint on my car look bubbly, im thinking about sanding it and painting it over with the same paint color BUT is there a sealant that can stop it from further cracking if i decide no to sand and paint?

that can be a tough paint to match, either have it professionally repaired or leave it alone is my suggestion. touch up paint will stick out more than how it looks now.
