David Vitter, Republican Senator from Louisiana, sure to be followed by more...
http://www.politico.com/news/stories/0707/4850.html
Apparently in 2000, when asked if she would be as forgiving as Hillary was with Bill in his infidelity, Vitter's wife threatened to castrate him if he did so! (quote in the article above) 7/10/2007 9:34:50 AM |

Hypocrisy? In MY politics? It's more likely than you think.
Oh, and supposedly, Dick Cheney is on the list too: http://www.dailykos.com/storyonly/2007/7/10/10228/1771 7/10/2007 3:30:55 PM |

Justifiable? No, not really, but then again that is what you get when you elect someone you're electing someone who is 1) Type A enough and 2) egotistical enough, to believe that more than half the people in a given geographic area will vote for him. More likely than not, that kind of person is going to have a voracious sexual appetite. Hookers are generally more discreet than interns, so is this really surprising?

Here's the entire phone number list for the last 12 years just for giggles. I imagine most of these numbers will get disconnected in the coming couple weeks. She seriously printed her entire phone records with nothing blacked out.

I looked at the most recent one and it even has a couple Raleigh numbers.

wait a sec... arent you the one often found here moralizing about how evil Clinton was for lying about getting a blowjob, how that was worthy of impeachment, but scooter's lie is not?
now you're defending Vitter?
Quote : | "“[marriage] is the most basic institution in human history, and our two U.S. Senators won’t do anything about [protecting] it.
We need a U.S. Senator who will stand up for Louisiana values, not Massachusetts’s values. I am the only Senate Candidate to coauthor the Federal Marriage Amendment; the only one fighting for its passage. ... stated David Vitter.

and that was after the time he was visiting hookers in DC
how do you rationalize being a fucking hypocrite? is it easy for you? whats your trick?7/10/2007 8:30:35 PM |

once again joe, you fail to comprehend.
I had no problem with clinton getting some action on the side, that is between him and his wife. My problem with clinton is when he perjured himself(which can carry a prison sentence for up to 5 yrs), lied to america "I did not have relations with ...that woman", then allowed an investigation to go one that cost the american people millions.
Thats my issue with it. He should have just said, thats a private matter, or none of your business.
See the difference? 7/10/2007 9:02:00 PM |

Spot On!
If you allow the gv't to decide questions of morality, then those questions will always be decided by whoever has the most political power.
Looking to politicians for moral guidance is ridiculous.7/10/2007 11:18:50 PM |

Quote : | "Vitter Linked to Another Brothel
Sen. David Vitter (R-LA) "visited a Canal Street brothel several times beginning in the mid-1990s, paying $300 per hour for services at the bordello after he met the madam at a fishing rodeo that included prostitutes and other politicians, according to Jeanette Maier, the 'Canal Street Madam' whose operation was shut down by a federal investigators in 2001," the New Orleans Times-Picayune reports.
"After they met, Maier said Vitter became a customer at the Mid-City brothel. He made several visits, she said, but had stopped coming before federal agents raided the brothel." " |
