Do you have to grease them or do they come factory sealed?

you realize there are about a hundred different bearings on a car right

front hub bearings are sealed if that is what your talking about however

the muffler bearings come un-greased so you may need to grease all of them.

they are not sealed.
Are you putting rotors on your car, or are you looking for lube points? or something else

front hub bearings on 94 up mustangs are sealed, and are not servicable, you can buy a new hub assembly it simply bolts on.

lube points

Just wondering if there is anything else under the car I should be doing other than just changing oil? I change my own oil, and I think jiffy lube does some other things on other cars (such as grease bearings). Wanna make sure Im doing everything thats needed.

jiffy lube might grease shit if you are watching them, but dont trust them much past that

exactly why I change my own oil but I dont wanna be forgetting other things that I might need to be doing and dont know about

funny you say that. i have bearings out of a 97 gt and i packed them when i put the rotors on my ragged 5 litre
