4 poster or canopy... I'm designing a honeymoon suite for a local hotel. Its full of 70's mojo (mirrors on the walls and ceiling, hot tub sunk into the middle of the floor) and I'm trying to class it up a bit. We already have a mattress, just need the frame.

Maybe it's the coating on said items. 7/26/2007 6:11:29 PM |

I was just down there, and that room is so not conducive to love making. Its dark (no windows) but not sexy dark. Just kinda... dingy dark. But oh, the possibilities! Its pretty spotless, though. Gotta give the housekeepers that one, cause I'm sure it gets trashed. Something like this would be fantastic. 7/26/2007 7:25:12 PM |

Its sorta in an odd space, so unless we move it to another room, no windows. I was thinking of doing a light box (ala trading spaces and while you were out) to give the illusion of one. They want to keep it near the ballroom so the bridal party can use it to get ready in. They have a huge closet for dresses and stuff. Its a really workable space, just needs some sprucing up. And high thread count sheets. 7/27/2007 4:51:46 PM |
