Didn't see a topic on the front page, but

This movie sucks. I saw it last night with my parents and it goes absolutely no where. People walked out near the end it was so bad. It was pretty funny that the projector runner guy messed up the order of one of the reels, so there was an evident jump in plot but we caught on anyway.

Anyone else seen it?

^^ I LOVE that guy. His mix of sarcasm, humble regard for the experiences of other cultures, and intelligent self-exploration puts him way above any of the jokers on the food network.

I can't wait for his new season to start... one of his episodes features South Carolina (where I currently live). That should be pretty damn interesting. If it was anyone else, I would say he will just come in and bash on the South the whole time, talk about rednecks and hillbillies, etc. However, because it's Bourdain, I know he will view it as if he is going to a foreign country with its own unique cultural folk and food ways that should be respected and admired

Can we just make this thread about the show? The new season started last week with Shanghai. I know there was some bbq place in South Carolina he went to, because he had signed a placemat and some stuff there. Cannot remember which one though...
