Man, those are some nice muffler pipes. Been thinking about throwing some of those bad boys on my Civic.

let me tell you man, if you want real powR theres just no better solution than 4 cats

i believe i was also having a muffler bearing failure as evident by the blackened area directly before the muffler

i was planning on getting drunk and socializing this weekend... but today turned into resurrect the truck day... the right front brake caliper was well beyond stuck

had to cut it in half... then bang on it for about 30 mins....

damn rotor is cracked too.... but i'm gonna let that slide for a bit longer

also replaced the power steering pump, one header gasket and fiddled with the carb a bit... its much happier now

^^ actually rebuilt a caliper that bad once in a pinch, rigged up a few fittings to connect the portapower to it, took 4,000 psi to blow the pistons out of there

^good grief man.... though it is nice to know there are more people in the world like me

ended up having to replace that rotor.... test drove it and the shake/pulsation of the brake pedal was just too much- esp. since i'm gonna be pulling a 12000 lb trailer with it this weekend

also discovered where my oil keeps disappearing to in the grand marquis up top... those cats were doin a helluva job masking the smoke
looks like it'll be retiring back to spare car duty here soon

thats illegal, unethical, even immoral... but it may come to that.... i cant take driving it with open manifolds much longer

still dont change the fact its a smoking pile of crap.... i cant drive a smoking pos... one of my pet peeves, kinda like squealing belts
