yeah... so i happened to be driving with the rest of the traffic and got pulled w/ a ticket for 9-over...

so is there anybody from WV or know of a good traffic lawyer in WV? specifically, in Clarksburg..

y are you worried about it if its only 9 over, just pay and deal... you shouldnt have any points

wouldnt they have to drive up there to show up in court? (assuming they arent from there) if that is the case, paying a lawyer to show up is definitely worth it

just pay it, they don't send anything back to nc. i've had two tickets there.

I would think any lawyer with all their teeth in west virginia is good. Make sure his wife isn't sister.....

last time i got a ticket for 27 over near ripley, i paid it cash on the spot and it never went on the books

i would want a lawyer based out of clarksburg so hopefully i wouldnt have to drive up and appear...

She has some accidents on her record, all not her fault though.
9 over may have an affect on her insurance.

yea but one accident is in WV as well so it's all recorded in the same place

what aren't you understanding here? you can have 10 tickets in wv, and it's not going to affect your insurance unless you move there. the only time they report anything to the nc dmv is if you don't pay the ticket. mail the damn thing in. you don't have to appear.
