where can I find a place to donate my blood / plasma for some quick cash? I wanted to go to Red Cross but I do not think they offer any compensation.

My roomate used to do this to subsidize his monthly income... he had a job, but target hardly counts for anything close to "income" when your paying your own bills... and wasn't even on drugs or anything... just wanted an extra $20 every week or so so he would go to the one across from the belltower with all the crackheads and donate plasma

I did this the summer after I graduated. Hadn't gotten a job by then and I as desperate for money to pay the bills. From what I remember, all I got was $25 each visit. So, it wasn't that great of a deal. And you had to wait in line behind hundreds of homeless people.

Selling plasma is your only option.

You can't 'donate' blood for money. Rex Blood services does have an incentive program, but it's slow, not cash, and not especially good for whole blood donors.

An even better idea is donating money for blood. Not as easy as blood for money, but still easy enough. You throw enough money at someone, they will give you all the blood you need. Now whether its their blood they are giving you, well thats a different story all together.
