Somebody can only be charged with rape if they forcibly engage in vaginal intercourse with another against that person's will. Even buttsex can't be rape, just sodomy or 1st degree sexual offense. I feel like a loser because those are some of the few things I learned in my Crim Law class in law school, but I'm glad I finally get to use that information.
