I think this is the biggest peice of craptastic management software I have ever seen.


people are so lazy they need a database, divided into groups, to keep up with what everyone does.

i hated it when i had to use it but now i see how nice it was to have

Good is pretty relative. It gets the job done, but I wouldn't consider it a good piece of software by any means.

It can do a lot of neat stuff in the back end as far as configuring it to page and send emails and stuff, but the UI is pretty craptacular. it could be a ton better.

I used to use Remedy.. The UI definitely leaves something to be desired, certain functions would cause the thing to lock up. blah
