Is there any other way to open a pdf file without having to buy the winzip software?

PDF Files are opened using Adobe Acrobat. It's free at Adobe.com.
ZIP Files are opened using winzip or one of several other archiving programs.

I'd rather use a pdf viewer like foxit. Anything is better that Adobe Acrobat.
