We're trying to find a roomate that's looking to live year round on the Outer Banks in Kitty Hawk in this house.
The house is a 4 Bedroom, 2 Bath on the beach road in Kitty Hawk (about milepost 4, just north of Black Pelican). I've posted pics below from an old MLS listing. As you'll be able to see, the ocean view from the deck kicks ass. There's a house in front of this one, but the land beside it cannot be built on and its part of the same lot (see parcel tracts below).
The house is an older beach box, which means wooden paneling on the inside and about 1250sq feet overall. The house will come unfurnished, but we'll have plenty of living room furniture already (not that crate shit in the pictures). Washer dryer, stove, & fridge will be there.
Parking under the house, outside shower, and a decent back yard.
Central Heat & Air, New HVAC unit & air handler
Pictures:
The front railings have been stained brown since this pictue was taken
This part of the lot cannot be built on, so this view will stay here.
Other angle from the same spot. The house infront prevents a direct view, but it's still fucking sweet.
Where the property is located, relative to the beach.
Zoomed out version of the tax records.
Living room. Again, it will be unfurnished, but we've already aquired living room furniture
Whomever took this picutre took the one in the living room then turned around & took this one
Sample bedroom
The shared bath. In the foreground out of the image is a second sink. Full tub/shower.
Sketch I did in ms paint to give you an idea of the layout. not to scale of course.
You must be able to deal with cigarette smoke (though smoking outside only is negotiable) and two little dogs that are pretty well behaved. It would be you, myself, and one other person.
Rent + utilities (water, power, wireless internet, & Direct TV-which has ESPNU -) would be approx $600/month (figures have been rounded up)
There won't be many opprotunities to live this close to the ocean in your life, so let me know if you have any questions or if you're interested. Thanks.

It came out of nowhere, and renter's insurance is $15/month. Besides, I got friends on the westside of the bypass if the big one comes
^^Partying: yeah some, but for the most part it'll be pretty quiet during the week
