Matt Ryan- totally overrated. he is like putting good numbers.....against the likes of bowling green, wake forest..Tebow...he gets the same numbers.....playing in the SEC.....
Thursday game against tech........Ryan will be owned when he finally play someone in the top 25 and then he will get owned again against Maryland/clemson.....Ryan is like the colt brennan of the acc, putting up huge numbers against medicore competiton....
Brohem- team trashy....how much of a hesiman is he goin to be if his team cannt even make it to a bowl game...could happen......4-4 qnd have to play w.virgina, rutgers and usf....and pit, who doesnt look like a pushover anymore after this saturdayy......
mcfadden- wohoo....43 yards against auburn....again team losssssssssing....and felix jones is more of a beast anyway...
colt brennan- omfg, he just threw for 600 yards.......oh wait, he passed 71 freaking timess.....and against some WAC team whose stadium look like my high school's...
Hart- only IF michigan wins out and he rushes for 100 yard/20 carries/TD for the next 4 games..and dont get hurt again..which might be diffcult considering they playing wiscousin, penn state, and ohio state.......i say not possible
So i say its either Tebow or Woodson...... 10/22/2007 4:21:43 AM |

it's been a long time since anyone won it from a team that had more then 2 losses.
a defensive player should win it this year, none of the offensive players stand and out and Tebow is still young so that will cost him votes. Glenn Dorsey, LSU, although it won't happen would be a good choice for this year. 10/22/2007 8:19:59 AM |

I know everyone keeps saying the Heisman field is "wide open" this year, but I can't really envision any scenario where Tebow doesn't win it. Maybe McFadden if his team wasn't terrible. If Tebow can take Florida to the SEC championship game (and win it), he gets it in a landslide. 10/22/2007 8:50:54 AM |

Dixson and Tebow, with McFadden barely hanging around... but Arkansas will destroy Tennessee on the ground so he might have another huge game 11/4/2007 12:06:47 AM |

mcfadden has no chance.
realistically it's between dixon, tebow, chase daniel, ryan, and pat white right now. 11/4/2007 12:25:41 AM |

Todd Boeckman or Dennis Dixon
and I'll go ahead and call it for next season.....Chris Wells will win it 11/4/2007 10:46:01 AM |
Dammit100 All American 17605 Posts user info edit post |
Boeckman has played really well, but he doesn't have anywhere near enough buzz to sniff the heisman this year.
I agree about Beanie for next year.
I think it's Dixon right now, but since he's an Oregon QB, he'll get drafted waaaay too high in the draft, and promptly suck.
