I'm having some trouble with IE7 and webassign java (specifically the JME editor with organic chem).

I usually use Firefox but because of a bug with JME not allowing you to change a variable without closing everything I open up IE7 to do some questions. The problem is that IE7 will close the first time I click 'Save and Close' for a JME molecule window, which means I have to reopen IE7 and redraw the molecule. After the second time with each console it works fine.

Any settings I could toggle to fix this? Hopefully that makes sense.
