So I am thinking about finally upgrading the receiver in my vehicle and figured you guys would know best on local people with the best pricing as well as professional installation. I am lookin at something along the lines of http://www.crutchfield.com/S-LvfxODCZnm9/cgi-bin/ProdView.asp?g=300&I=113DPX302 . Right now I have 2 12" subs in the trunk, but the box is nearing 8 years old along with the amp so I may be lookin to get a new setup as well. The 2 12's arent anything special so I was thinking about dropping to maybe one nice 12 with a lot of power on it hoping it would sound a bit better and free up some trunk space actually. So throw me some ideas and if you have install price ideas that would be beneficial as well. 9/20/2007 10:42:37 AM |

Yeah I actually figured you would be one of the ones to respond, Ive done some ghetto rigging installs in my days including the one I have in there now, dont wanna deal with the hassle of putting in the receiver as it seems like its gonna require a lot of dash removal to do so . PM me with some general ideas on pricing and that sorta thing, its a double height factory so Id like to go ahead and get the larger size in there. I wouldnt mind picking your brain on your thoughts on a setup, this isnt an awesome car but I will probably own it a while longer now that its paid off and still running great so Id like to enjoy it more . 9/21/2007 3:36:30 PM |
