Wow as a lifelong Florida fan/current student, that's a true embarrassment to all Gators we did just win the Championship...
It's not like the Gators were never going to lose again, especially with such a young team.... lol
If I see him around Gainesville I'll punch him in the nose....
Anyway, if he's that big of a fan he should be at the game he does have the student section shirt on

^ I have a couple friends at UF Law... one just started there and finished his Masters in Marine Policy down here at UM. I was in Gainesville for a short-course in geostatistics in August and liked the city.

I've lived in Florida for 3 years now. A lot of UF fans are "johnny-come-lately" fans who will be wearing orange and green when Miami comes back or garnet and gold when FSU starts winning again. Gives the REAL fans of all the Florida schools a baaaaaad reputation. Most of the bad UF fans have never stepped foot on that campus for academic reasons. Its the nature of the beast for fickle sports fans in the State of Florida. Hell, all of a sudden I am seeing USF Bulls crap down here. Two months ago- forget about it.

yeah, my sister has lived down there for years and said the same thing. Also, having SO many transplant families down there leads to a lot of "whoever is winning now" fans since a lot of people who live there now didnt grow up as a die hard.



and I was trying to figure out who/where he was, I was thinking the dorm rec room or maybe a newer fraternity house, either way if he was a student his dumbass should have been at the game

my first roommate in college was a UNC Fan, he would put on all his UNC crap when they were on TV(just a UNC fan for BB only). He would get so stressed out watching them.....this was right before they sucked for a year or two...after those seasons, he switched to NCSU for BB....but I am sure he still pulls for them but not a die hard fan. I thought he was gonna burst a blood vessel when he was watching the games.
