I have a bracket on my brake pedal for my 101 that broke and I just can't just go out and buy another one. I was wondering if someone had a welder they could weld the piece back together with. As I cannot drive the vehicle until it it fixed, you would need to come here. I can slip you a few bucks to make it worth your time.

I thought you were gonna bring it over here. our welder is a 220 volt and not really portable at all.

Heres the problem. Part #4 is broken in the middle. It seems to be stuck on something or perhaps the end was welded onto the post it attaches to.

are you saying part#4 and part #1 may have been welded together?

Nah, theres a post where part #3 goes through, unfortunately the pronged end of part #4 was welded to the post (in the background). I can hook it up to parts #1 and #2 no problem. I'll take a pic.

Here's the exact problem. The end of part #4 is welded to the post and I can't get it off. Thats why we would have to try to reweld it in the cab itself. :/

Turn the idle up and drive it to someone with a welder. If that wont work it looks like a simple enough part to fabricate.

I can make it over to Matts with the idle up, it has a hand throttle (thats how I got home when it broke). I'll just need assurances his driveway won't be blocked and he has enough light to work.

let me come take a look at it tomorrow. i don't have class til 3. earlier is better. then i can tell you if i think i can weld it up. i just don't want to have no room to clean/weld it solid. i don't really wanna have it break on you/whoever again.
