Anyone interested in an Ivy Commons 1 bedroom apartment on the second floor? Check out the floorplan at ivycommons.com. Move-in would be early December. 10/7/2007 1:19:36 AM |

If you're renting through Ammons-Pittman which it would appear since he is linking through ivycommons.com, pets are not allowed although many people break the rules and have plenty of pets.
If you get caught though, you do get in trouble.
My rent here is $460 per month but it would be going up to $475 if I was to renew. I have heard some people pay as much as $525 (this is for a one-bedroom).
For my apt, nothing is included. I pay water, utilities, internet and cable. It appears to be that way for all Ammons-Pittman owned Ivy Commons apts.
Hope this helps. 10/10/2007 1:42:57 PM |

Not too sure about the pet thing... most of the people I know around here have a dog or cat.
So the rent is $450, but doesn't come with any utilities. My lease is up on December 31, 2007... but I have the option to renew at $450. If I could find someone to take over the lease towards the end of this month then they would most likely be able to renew the lease for either 6 or 12 months as well (after December 31). 10/10/2007 8:35:12 PM |

I currently live in a 2 bedroom apartment at Ivy Commons, moving to a 1BR.
I dont like how pricey Ammons Pittman makes IC ...most other places have a pool, or clubhouse, or SOMETHING...but like Brandi said you have to pay for everything separate. 10/11/2007 3:09:34 PM |

all of these except water is usually paid by the tenant...but like jessiejepp said, they dont have a pool or a clubhouse...biggest reason i didnt live there(other than the long waitlist)...plus my apartment came with free internet and is like 200 square feet bigger than ivy commons10/11/2007 5:27:25 PM |
