So i was at the game yesterday.

As FSU was deciding to go for it on 4th and 3 on our 20 with less than 2 minutes to go and up by 3 scores, of course the fans were going crazy and doing there fucking tomahawk chop for the 18,000th time that day.

I'm not exactly an unbiased source here, but I would hardly call that "running up the score." As I recall they handed it off up the middle for no gain, instead of kicking the easy field goal. They essentially just said, "here, take the ball."

You can't be serious.

Quick Football 101: When you're in the situation that FSU was in, and you have a timeout left, you run the ball up the middle 3 times forcing the other team to use any remaining timeouts they have, and then, on fourth down, you wait until the last second possible is run off the clock before calling your last time out. Then you run up the middle again, and give the ball back to the other team deep in their own territory with no timeouts and as little time as is possible left on the clock.

i've never found FSU fans to be that intimidating. I was there in '01, '03, and this year. My roommate and I were wearing "Beat Florida State" shirts and we didn't really get much shit other than a few disapproving head-shakes and some boos.

Singing "Weee know one song, onlyyyy one song" to the war chant was only fun the first 25 times they played it though.

clemson & maryland fans are way more obnoxious/annoying in my experience.

Murdoc, I guess you didn't realize that i was adding my experience to the thread about this subject. If their fans had been mean to me, i probably would have posted about it here. So next time if you don't want to read about it, maybe you shouldn't open a thread with an obvious title pertaining to it, or read 25 posts about it, for that matter. I respect FSU's fans more than Maryland's fans or Clemson's fans, for example.
