I'm not going back to school-level-thinking until Sunday night, kthx.

That's highly arguable.

depends on the episode

there are many homer-centric episodes, but only "go-to" episodes; i.e. when they are desperate for a plotbart has the greatest number of relationships with all other characters, I think

Bart coined the phrases : "Eat my shorts!" and "Cool your jets, man!"What has Homer given us? HUH!?!?!

Exactly my point... Homer has given more.

i think that 15 years ago, Bart was definitely the protagonist. Nowadays, it would be arguable.

I think "D'oh" made it into the Oxford Dictionary or some shit a few years back.... has Bart ever contributed a new word to the language?

when the show started, it revolved around bart. (evidence includes all of the 'eat my shorts' and 'don't have a cow man' posters from that era.)it is now mainly a Homer Simpson show.
