that involves captain morgan tattoo rum.



I remember having some chicken with that was marinaded in this stuff and it was great. Ive looked online but havent found jack shit.

choose one or more of the following:

fresh pineapple puree
peanut oil
soy sauce
grated fresh ginger
grated lime zest with lime juice
chopped fresh cilantro
minced fresh hot pepper
minced fresh garlic

add lots of rum
