i feel ridiculous not wearing a belt, don't know why. thus, i couldn't wear suspenders, even though i love doing oldman stuff.

yes. "braces" is the term you should use. use button ins not clip ons. and dont wear a belt....

I wish suspenders would make a comeback...they look sharp (on the right people) and are a lot more comfortable than belts...to me, anyway

Different guys can pull off different things. Some can wear suspenders, some can wear berets, some can wear wife beaters, etc.
