I need a web designer who is reliable and timely who can produce a series of comps until a final product is delivered. I have a contract ready to go that I'm going to pay $500 for its duration. The deliverable will be a layered PSD where the layers must be named and easy to follow. The designs should be new and innovative. If you can do flash, great, I'm sure I'll have more opportunities come up where flash is required. If you can also do some HTML/CSS/PHP/SQL development, I may use you in the future for overflow work there as well.
Please PM with some sample work.
