you know the one near zaxbys on hillsborough, also near EV? well i was waiting to cross the street and i was just about to step out onto the road when a car ran the red light...well i saw the camera flash and remember thinking like haha that guy got a ticket

they shut down ALL the photo ticket lights in charlotte since 90% of the funding was going to the company who ran the cameras, when something like 60% was supposed to go to schools, etc

Mythbusters did two completely different episodes on that shit and nothing could beat the camera. The viewers complained they did shit wrong so they did it again changing things like the viewers suggested and there wasn't even one close to doing anything. Not even a Lambo doing 190.

However having your car doin 130 through an intersection with a red light camera while inverted ,above the road, and in the middle of a barrel roll could possibly keep them from seeing your license plate. There's gotta be someone with that pic, its a classic.
