Anyway, I can see this being a nice transition year. An early test in the CvC Classic will show whether this team is still going to be the middling mediocre team or the frosh->soph transition will go as I expect it and make this a much improved team.

Also, UConn got the #3 PG in the '08 class Kemba Walker to commit. 5-star on nearly every site out there.

Kelly showed some of his talent tonight for really the first time and Dyson will be a 20 point a game stud this year...

AJ had a good game dishing but needs to take some more shots... Austrie was pleasantly good again.

Sticks and Thabeet looked like timid boys again... and to think they were supposedly the two most improved guys coming in. Can't read too much from one game but it wasn't pretty in the 2nd half. Have to think as the rotation gets set it will get better though.

My starting 5 would be: Price, Dyson, Sticks, Adrien and Kelly...

This feels like Caron's last year when the team just came together all of a sudden. The only team they were losing to that year was Maryland and it just happened to be in the Elite 8 instead of the Final 4. I remember Caron having a freaking MONSTER game in the Elite 8 too but Juan Dixon went off...

Uh, I was on here when they lost... during the day.

I went out last night to drink away the sorrow. Actually, shit happens. Oh well. With all the UT championships final fours you have room to talk.

Price got hurt and that killed them. They still should have beat USD. Big East is 7-1 so far so it's not like the regular season was a fluke. They'll be back next year and better.
