So, I need to move to Florida like ASAP, within the next few days. I don't have a lot of stuff (just clothes, a computer, some DVDs and a desk)... but it's more than I can fit in my car. So I need to get a truck, and I also need someone to drive it...

any ideas?

I think it's a little more than I'd like to mail :/ I also have some chairs and a bookshelf of miscellaneous shit... I'd really rather just move everything the old fashioned way.

Seriously? 'Cause I'm desperate enough to rely on a TDubber...

^^'Cause I killed a guy and I'm running from the cops... The why is not important, I'm just out of ideas and I need some help.

I thought about http://www.twomenandatruck.com but I think that's going to be extremely pricey, not to mention I don't know if they can do it on such short notice. They're closed for the day so I can't call till tomorrow before 12, yay.

I'm guessing the job/company you're moving out there for isn't flipping the bill?

Bring your computer, bring clothes that will last you at least two weeks. Sell/throw away everything else. It would be cool if you could store your shit at a friends house so you can grab shit sporadically. Honestly, you could buy new shit while you're out there. I was contemplating the same thing when I was offered a job in Miami. That's the best I could come up with.

Really not a bad idea to sell off/throw away a lot of my shit... but I'm not about to ditch my TV, and my computer would probably take up my entire car (it's a mustang... gg).

I'm most definitely going to get rid of a lot of my stuff, but everything I want/need to keep is still going to require a truck.

^gonna need a driver

Dude I went to Orlando and towed a car back on a u-haul trailer in less than 48 hours before stop being a vagina. Just get a case of redbull and keep going.

It's really easy to put your car on the tow hitch thinger. Even I could do it.

One way truck rental (f150/f250) + uhaul car hauler. It'll cost you about 200 for the truck, 100 for the hauler. You should be able to fit all your shit in the truck + car, and get down there safely.

You wont even be able to get movers to come in that short of notice.

If you decide to go that route, let me know i might be able to find you a discount on the truck rental.

Of all the tdubbers to rely on, she aint it.

A uhaul truck is going to be more expensive with mileage and its probably going to be overkill. and if you've never driven a box truck before, it's a scary experience without help.
