The feedback system is not used enough, in my opinion. I leave neutral feedback all the time. Good feedback is reserved for people that respond to my emails, ship quickly and package the item well.

^^^the problem is people give out positives easy just in hope of getting positives in return and the community as a whole doesn't give positive feedback, only negative when there is a problem...

I had one dude give me NEGATIVE because the brand new, sealed in the box laptop from sony that I sold him didn't come with an INSTRUCTION manual. Yes, a fucking instruction manual. He messaged me before he won it and asked if it'd be included, I told him no..and gave him a link to all the manuals sony offered on their website and a detailed list of what came in the box. He gets the thing and still leaves me negative for that.. Neutral I could almost fathom the idea of, but negative for that when I shipped it the day he paid is ridiculous.

Needless to say, he wasn't very successful in selling anything or getting any positive feedback for quite some time
