I bought these shoes at a REI garage sale. The previous owner wore them once, and returned them because "they are too gold". that's what it said on the tag that came with them and that is indeed referring to the color of the shoes. I've worn them 2 or 3 times and they're a little too small. They're 11's and I normally wear 12's so i figured for a good deal i could cram my feet a little. They retail for $125, I'll let them go for $80 obo. They are in perfect condition. Here's a link to the REI page.

People that look in this section are looking for killer deals. And this wouldn't be a killer deal until the $20-25 range.

i've been on this site for over two years now, i know how classifieds works. i know that the majority of people on here are in fact looking for a "killer deal", and that the majority of them just throw out a lowball bid for the hell of it. i'd say that 80% off the retail price is more than just a "killer deal", it's a "damn good find". however, i know from experience that there are some people on this site that are actually looking to buy good products at a decent price, not just looking to lowball.

^what difference does it make where or how i bought them? they're worth way more than any of the offers so far. if someone wore a size 11 and was going to buy some of these new anyway, it would be a great deal. never said i "expected" $80 anyway, hence the OBO.

i actually bought a pair of these for $25 on clearance at some outdoors store off of falls...very nice shoes. but not worth nearly that much used, even lightly used.
