so if i initially load a page in IE6 or IE7, it messes up some of the positioning of some elements, but once i refresh it once or twice, everything moves into proper position.

anyone know what causes this and better yet, how to solve it?

seems like it might be a cache issue?

if you told us what you were trying to do I could help. I run into these kind of problems at work all the time but have managed to work my way around it everytime. Currently i'm experiencing the wierdest FireFox problem ever. after I deploy to the dev server...all my alignments are off...but if i deploy twice and refresh it works

#lollercaust {margin:-120px 0 5px 18px; padding:auto; height:204px; width:268px; float:right; position:relative; background:url('lol.jpg') no-repeat top center;}

it moves left about 10-20px on initial load

why is padding auto? are you trying to center it or something? I've had trouble with that in IE sometimes.

and why are you setting a negative margin? Whats the page look like or supposed to look like? Link?
