so i won a costume contest last night and got this pbr snowboard. it's approximately 147cm and still in the plastic wrapping. i already have a snowboard so i wanted to see if i got any offers on this. if there's no decent offers, i'll just keep it or try craigslist.

What were you dressed as...and where were you? That's kind of a weird "prize" for a costume contest. 11/1/2007 10:43:23 PM |

^^^ not sure who the maker is. i tried looking on the board, but can't find anything.
^^ i was a pregnant nun at a bar in boone...so it makes sense to have it as a prize here, i guess.
this pbr snowboard (http://boone.craigslist.org/spo/438329848.html) is going for $250 and said it costs $295 new. not expecting to get that much, but i'm not going to sell it for $5 11/2/2007 11:06:09 AM |

Isn't that a bit short for a dude of average height and weight...I'm fairly small and my board is 146... 11/3/2007 5:24:36 AM |

I'm about 5'8 and 160, it's a good size for a pipe/park board.
That said, $105 11/3/2007 11:05:21 AM |

i understand and i wish i knew, but i know for sure it's not some walmart board. its sturdiness is comparable to my burton board. if it's mervin, that's a great company, too (owned by quiksilver and mervin also makes gnu products).
^ and you're right...147 is perfect for girls of average height and weight, but it's also great for guys on the pipe and in the park11/3/2007 3:58:32 PM |

but then, I was like: "oh... it's LeVar, not Lamar. What a hilarious misunderstanding"11/3/2007 4:02:46 PM |
