I have to take computer-based modeling in the spring for IE...

does it matter whether i take the TE prefix or the ISE?

I'm currently signed up for ISE 110...but I want to make sure i'll get credit in my major if i switch and take TE. I heard PASQUINELLI is a really good professor.

I'm currently taking it. It's the exact same class, they take the same tests and everything. So I think you'll be fine, but you should email Clarence Smith (csmith@eos.ncsu.edu) and make sure.
