Yeah, I'd never heard of it until going to my boyfriend's parents' place for Thanksgiving either. It's egg noodles baked with cinnamon, butter, and applesauce. Yummy.

One of my aunts always makes some killer chocolate fudge

For Christmas day my grandmother always does corned beef and sauerkraut instead of turkey because by that point everyone has already had turkey four or five times in the past week.

^ yeah, we always do prime rib or steaks for that very reason.
