this guy i used to fish with would keep soy sauce in his tacklebox. the first spanish always got cleaned and skinned right there on the pier and he'd eat it with that soy sauce saying "it's just sushi. them japs been doing it forever and they're okay!"

Its not worth making it to be honest. you are better off just buying it made b/c its too many ingredients that you need to make specific rolls and its harder finding sashimi grade fish.
