So Im moving out of my apartment in a few days and need to find somone to sublease it ASAP. Its a nice apartment, well furnished (you would need to furnish the room you rent though). Located in U Woods, but this building is very quiet with great neighbors. Rent is only $310 a month, no cable or internet bills. Electricity is normally only $20-30 per person.
