what you get paid in does not matter. What matters is what form of currency you keep your money in. If I had enough money to make it worthwhile I would certainly diversify in regards to currencies. Having all of yours eggs in one basket for any investment is stupid. No different with money.

At least that's what Greenspan said on 60 minutes.
