i'm thinking about arranging this for the Grains

what do you guys think

we have a pretty awesome vocal percussionist, i'm sure we could pull it off

and it would sound pretty awesome.

While I think it'd be an interesting song to arrange, do you think the other Grains would agree to the song, based on its content? I don't know how well singing about suicide would go over with some of those family-oriented shows you guys do.

You may or may not like the following:
"Ladies and Gentlemen" - Saliva

Listen to it, see if it's down your alley.

No, of course not. But I haven't been to a Grains concert in about three years, I'm sure you guys have a different set of songs now anyhow. But back in the day, you guys didn't have any arrangements/songs of this nature.

I don't know which group it was, but I am still madly in love with a singer from one of the acapella groups at NC State. I have no idea what her name is. We never met. But she sang, "Hook," by Blues Traveller, and I want to marry her regardless of what kind of person she is.

Could be. I don't recall if the group was all-female or not.

My buddy used to date a girl in accapology, so I went to several of the multi-group shows

It's been a coupla years. I think she was a smallish brunette. I distinctly remember that they started with Pachebell (sp?), which is what Hook is based on, but still.

^^I'm the only girl in our group, it shouldn't be too hard for him to remember who I am
but I'm really picky about editing our papers and such, maybe he hates me

^ Yeah, that's definitely Wolfgang. But they've changed soloists for that song a few times. The only reason I remember all this is that my ex-boyfriend was in Wolfgang... Hmmm, let me think about it.
