even the 3 bedroom places have 2.5 baths. You got jipped with the bathrooms when you bought that place. 11/9/2007 4:12:39 PM |

Well I hate to break it to you guys but I know of one house that is just like the one for rent and it rents for 1700 a month. And I would say that this house is in better shape than the other one because I rented it for two years and know what shape it is in. So rag all you want about the price, but I will find someone to rent it from me for that price. Also to make it clear I have talked to two other guys that rent houses in Trailwood Hills and they both agreed that the price is a fair price for these houses and for this neighborhood. 11/9/2007 4:52:22 PM |

Well I would imagine that the house your talking about was built in the 70's and is not in the best condition but congragulations on finding a house that cheap. And I'm not trying to screw anybody........truthfully I am only 24 and I once had to rent houses from someone else and thought the rent was to much. But if you want to live in a nice house you have to pay for the nice house. But you can rag all you want to cause it will not hurt my feelings any because I will get what I am asking for it. 11/9/2007 5:41:18 PM |
